Before moving into real estate, Yanni worked in sales and customer service, including roles as a customer manager in a well-known bank in China and with an international e-commerce retailer. She has accumulated excellent customer service abilities. Her international work experience has also exposed her to different cultures and perspectives, making her an adaptable and empathetic communicator. These experiences taught her how to listen carefully, solve problems efficiently, and put people at ease – skills she now applies directly to real estate.
