At the ninth edition of the Australian awards, held at Shangri-La Sydney on 4 September 2026, Broadview received two significant industry honours:
Best Housing Developer — Broadview
Best Townhouse Development (Western Australia) — Verna Estate by Broadview
For BVRE, the recognition is particularly meaningful. As the real estate team representing Verna Estate in Cockburn Central, we have had the opportunity to work closely with Broadview in bringing this development to the market and connecting buyers with a project that continues to generate strong interest.
About the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards
In 2005, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards started as a regional programme. Since then, they have grown into a major real estate awards programme across the Asia-Pacific region. The awards recognize developers and developments at both domestic and regional levels.
The Australian programme celebrated its ninth edition in 2026, recognising leading developers, architects, designers and developments across residential, commercial and other property sectors.
A key part of the programme is its independent judging process. Awards are assessed by a panel of property industry experts, with the judging process supervised by HLB. Development categories consider criteria including location, value for money, design concept, site layout, innovation, use of space, construction quality, materials, amenities and sustainability.
The 2026 Australian awards recognised 19 organisations across 46 categories, making Broadview and Verna Estate part of a diverse group of projects and property businesses recognised across the country.
Recognition for Broadview
Receiving the Best Housing Developer award represents significant recognition for Broadview and its work within the Australian residential development sector.
The developer category considers not only a company’s projects, but also its overall track record, reputation, innovation, recent achievements and corporate responsibility and ESG initiatives.
For BVRE, it is particularly rewarding to see a long-term development partner recognised at this level. Broadview’s focus on quality residential projects and thoughtfully planned communities is something we experience directly through our work together.
Verna Estate Named Best Townhouse Development in Western Australia
The second award has an especially close connection to BVRE.
Verna Estate by Broadview was named Best Townhouse Development (Western Australia).
Located in Cockburn Central, Verna Estate is a contemporary residential community offering architecturally designed townhouses in one of Perth’s well-connected southern urban centres.
The development combines modern design and practical living with access to established transport, retail, education and recreational infrastructure. Its location close to Cockburn Central Station and Cockburn Gateway Shopping City provides residents with convenient connections to both the Perth CBD and the wider southern metropolitan area.
Verna Estate has also become one of the most significant projects within the BVRE portfolio, with our team responsible for representing and marketing the development to prospective buyers.
The PropertyGuru recognition provides an independent acknowledgement of the design, planning and quality behind the project.
