At BVRE, real estate is about more than helping people find their ideal home. It’s about supporting the communities where people live, work and build their futures.
That commitment was put into action over the weekend when members of the BVRE team, together with their families, proudly participated in Clean Up Australia, helping to make Cockburn Central a cleaner and greener place for everyone.
Volunteers spent the day collecting litter around Berrigan Lake and the surrounding parklands, contributing to the preservation of one of the area’s most popular recreational spaces. The initiative brought together team members and their families for a meaningful day of community service while helping protect the local environment.
For the BVRE team, the event was an opportunity to give back to a community they know well. As real estate professionals working closely with homebuyers and residents across Perth, they understand the importance of creating neighbourhoods that are not only great places to live but also enjoyable places to spend time with family and friends.
The location was particularly meaningful given BVRE’s involvement with Verna Estate, the exciting new residential community being developed by Broadview in Cockburn Central. As the exclusive sales agency for Verna Estate, BVRE works closely with future residents who are choosing to call this growing community home.
Participating in Clean Up Australia was a natural extension of BVRE’s commitment to supporting the areas where its clients live and invest. By helping maintain local parks and public spaces, the team contributed to the quality of life that makes communities such as Cockburn Central attractive places to live.
The day was filled with teamwork, community spirit and plenty of family involvement, demonstrating that positive change can happen when people come together for a common cause.
BVRE would like to thank everyone who participated in the initiative and all the volunteers across Australia who dedicated their time to making their local communities cleaner and more sustainable.
Because building strong communities starts long before someone receives the keys to their new home.
